Privacy Policy

FitsGood AI (“FitsGood”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Vez Labs LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we use Supabase Authentication to store your email address and secure login credentials.
• Wardrobe data. Clothing items, categories, tags, saved outfits, plans and ratings you create in the app.
• Photos you upload. Images of clothing items and outfits that you choose to add.
• Subscription data. Purchase and entitlement records handled by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your full payment card details.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account.
• To store your closet and make it available across your devices.
• To generate outfit ratings, styling feedback and outfit plans.
• To manage subscriptions and unlock Pro features.
• To respond to support requests and keep the service working reliably.

AI processing of your photos

When you request an outfit rating or styling suggestion, the relevant image and related wardrobe details are sent to OpenAI for analysis. This processing exists only to return your result. We do not use your photos to advertise to you, and we do not publish them. OpenAI processes the data as our service provider under its applicable API terms.

Service providers

• Supabase — authentication, database and photo storage.
• OpenAI — AI outfit analysis and styling recommendations.
• RevenueCat and Apple — subscription management and billing.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose information only to the service providers above, or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and wardrobe data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual photos or items at any time inside the app, and you can request full account deletion by emailing us. Once deleted, your data is removed from our active systems and from backups on our normal backup rotation.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that limit your closet to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

Children’s privacy

FitsGood is available to users of all ages. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the app with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that personal information has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
