These Terms of Service govern your use of the FitsGood AI mobile app and this website, operated by Vez Labs LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use FitsGood with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms or have obtained the necessary permission.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
• Do not upload unlawful, explicit, hateful, or harassing imagery, or photos of other people without their permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the service.
• Do not use FitsGood to build a competing dataset or model.

Subscriptions and billing

FitsGood offers a free tier and a paid FitsGood Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and managed with RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policy, and refunds are issued by Apple rather than by us. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will do our best to help you resolve it with Apple.

AI-generated recommendations

Outfit ratings, scores and styling suggestions are generated by AI and are provided for inspiration only. They are subjective, may be inaccurate, and are not professional advice. You are responsible for your own styling decisions and purchases.

Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the photos and wardrobe content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, display and process that content solely to operate the service and deliver your results, including sending images to our AI provider for analysis. The FitsGood name, app, design and software remain the property of Vez Labs LLC.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or are used unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vez Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
